I look beyond the alarm
I connect what the operator sees with PLC logic, electrical signals, drives, sensors and the real condition of the machine. The goal is not a quick reset; it is a verified cause and a reliable recovery.
A personal introduction
I'm Ebrahim Mohammadpour, an industrial automation, electrical systems and commissioning professional based in Turku, Finland.
For more than 18 years, I have worked close to production lines and the people who depend on them. I enjoy the moment when a difficult alarm stops being a mystery and becomes a problem we can understand, test and solve together.
My story
“A fault is not just an alarm. It is a story told by the process, the control logic and the machine. My job is to listen carefully and find where that story changed.”
My career began in beverage production, where every minute of downtime had a visible effect. I learned to stay calm, collect evidence and follow a problem from the operator screen to the PLC, electrical panel, field device and machine sequence.
Over the years, I worked across complete Krones and Sidel production lines, packaging equipment and plant utilities. I supported installation, maintenance, major overhauls, commissioning and improvement projects. I also built automation solutions for SCADA monitoring, compressors, refrigeration, pumping and water treatment.
Moving to Finland added a new chapter. Working in marine and industrial electrical systems has strengthened my adaptability, drawing interpretation and experience in an international team. What has not changed is the part I value most: understanding how a system works and helping people make it work better.
How I work
Machines are technical systems, but reliable production is always a team effort. These are the principles I bring to each assignment.
I connect what the operator sees with PLC logic, electrical signals, drives, sensors and the real condition of the machine. The goal is not a quick reset; it is a verified cause and a reliable recovery.
My experience was built beside operating machines, inside control panels and during real production pressure. I am comfortable moving between drawings, software, measurements and practical checks.
Good technical work also means listening to operators, sharing findings and making the next action understandable. I value calm teamwork, honest reporting and useful documentation.
Every fault, startup and project is a chance to learn. I enjoy studying unfamiliar systems, asking the right questions and turning experience into better methods for the next challenge.
Where I bring value
Siemens S7, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, COPA-DATA zenon, B&R, Beckhoff and Fatek.
Krones, Sidel, Husky, KHS and packaging systems with VFDs, servo drives, encoders and sensors.
Compressed air, refrigeration, pumping, reverse osmosis, carbonation and plant-wide monitoring.
Installation, panel work, testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, breakdown recovery and technical training.
My professional journey
I developed my career across automation, electrical systems, maintenance and projects on high-speed beverage lines and plant utilities. Even as my responsibilities grew, I remained closely involved in troubleshooting and technical decisions.
I supported production-line modifications, machinery troubleshooting, equipment upgrades and improvement projects, connecting practical factory needs with workable technical solutions.
Now based in Turku, I work in an international shipbuilding environment with electrical installation, equipment connections, switchgear, junction boxes and technical drawings while continuing to develop my Finnish industry experience.
Let's connect
I am interested in automation, field service and commissioning opportunities where practical experience, travel and continuous learning are valued.
